We're looking for a Client Representative to join us. In this role, you'll work with customers, learn about their needs, answer questions, and help them explore products and services that could be a good fit.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Connect with new customers and build positive relationships
Ask questions to understand individual needs and preferences
Introduce products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional way
Explain available options and help customers make informed decisions
Recommend products and services based on what each customer is looking for
Guide customers through the selection and purchase process
Stay informed about products, services, and current promotions
Collaborate with your team and continue developing your skills
