Empower children and youth in crisis with a rewarding role as a Child and Youth Support Specialist. Collaborate with teams to implement effective care plans in a secure setting. In this role, you will support participants in an emergency stabilization setting, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth.

Your expertise in de-escalation strategies and conflict resolution will be vital in maintaining a calm atmosphere, while your commitment to equity and inclusion will enhance team dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
Implement person-centered care plans for participants
Develop therapeutic relationships to support diverse needs

Foster an inclusive workplace for all participants Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Services
At least two years of related experience
Valid Class G Driver’s License
Current Broad Record Check within the last 6 months
