We're hiring an Automotive Administative Assistant/Office Administrator to run the flow of work through our shop. This is the person who keeps jobs moving, parts arriving, and customers in the loop.

What you’ll be doing:
Answer phones, assist customers, schedule appointments
Organize paperwork, vendor invoices, purchasing records, and keep front office running smoothly
Support Service Advisors, management and ownership

We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly and professional
Comfortable multitasking, takes initiative
Strong communication and computer skills
