We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced Banquet environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The Chef de Partie will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to excellent service.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food supplies
Collaborate with team members to meet service times during busy hours
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
Support kitchen staff in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Requirements




Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably as a line cook or in food preparation roles
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience with meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
