Technician role involves preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting skilled trades. ATCO Frontec is searching for a Building Maintenance Technician to enhance the operations of CHARS in Cambridge Bay. You will perform preventive maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and maintain accurate records of your work. The successful candidate will assist other tradespeople as needed while ensuring secure practices during all tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Complete preventive maintenance inspections and tasks via CMMS
Perform minor facility repairs including drywall and plumbing
Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs
Assist qualified tradespeople and site personnel as needed
Follow health and safety regulations diligently Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in facility maintenance
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Experience using hand and power tools safely
Basic computer skills for applications Contribute to operational excellence and safety in your role at ATCO Frontec.
