Key Responsibilities
Operations &
Leadership:

Manage daily shop tasks, schedule staff, coach the team, enforce company policies, and meet performance targets.
Customer &
Vendor Relations:

Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and liaise with vendors, insurers, and dealerships.
Administration &
Sales:

Track sales data, close work orders, manage office supplies, maintain OEM certifications, and stay updated on market trends.

Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role at an auto body shop; 5+ years total in industry sales, customer service, or management.
Education &
Credentials:

Valid Driver’s License required. Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma preferred (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Robust leadership, budgeting, time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Assets: Knowledge of ICBC/insurance policies, estimating, vehicle calibrations, and up-to-date auto technologies.

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
