Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items in accordance with safety standards
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and safety protocols
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without sacrificing quality




Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Skills
Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Proficiency in POS systems, especially Micros POS, for accurate cashiering and transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Experience in serving, food preparation, and general food industry practices is a plus
