We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming setting for all guests. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, equipment, and utensils following food safety guidelines
Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
Support team members in food preparation and serving tasks as required

Skills
Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred
Proficiency with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
