Registered Massage Therapist Job in Oshawa, ON – Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Position Overview:
As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will assess and treat clients using evidence-based massage therapy techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. You will work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care.

Compensation:
60-70 % split or Hourly pay

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic massage treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and stress relief





Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Educate patients on home care, stretching, and injury prevention

Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals

Skills:

Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills

Proficiency in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop individualized treatment plans

Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities

Effective time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to patient education, including posture, stretching, and injury prevention
