This role requires providing essential support during grooming, meal times, and mobility assistance, prioritizing safety and emotional well-being. As part of a dedicated team, you will engage residents and participate in their personalized care plans for the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care support, including grooming and bathing
• Assist with mobility and safe transferring techniques




• Monitor nutrition and hydration during meal service
• Report any changes in resident health to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in care planning

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Resident Care Assistant Program
• Current BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry registration
• First Aid Level 1 certification is mandatory
• High school diploma is required
• Current Food Safe and WHMIS certifications
