Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for efficient cash handling and order processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety standards
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed




Ensure compliance with health regulations by following proper food safety procedures and handling protocols

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and POS transactions
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
