We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our agile finance team. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly to ensure timely payments and collections.
Perform regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of bank statements and internal records.
Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them efficiently.
Assist in payroll processing by verifying employee hours, deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.




Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all bookkeeping activities.

Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Familiarity with payroll processing and related tax regulations.
Solid skills in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable management processes.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
