Tracxtion is seeking a Manager, Advantages, Perks & Leaves to lead Canada/US perks and leave programs for 800+ employees. This hybrid Toronto-based role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, employee-focused programs and predictable service levels.

Responsibilities include managing enrollments, terminations, leaves, accommodations, perks, and vendor relations, with a view to simplification and modernization.

Salary ranges are disclosed.
