Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
Operate POS system for accurate cashiering and transaction processing
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers
Skills
Proven barista experience with knowledge of espresso machines, brewing techniques, and drink customization
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Experience in food service or the food industry, including serving and food preparation
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
