Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs
Guide customers through the repair process with timely updates




Communicate customer requests to the team effectively
Maintain compliance with insurance client requirements
Participate in daily production walks and monthly staff meetings Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-year experience in auto body estimating
Basic computer skills, including ASE and scheduling tools
Knowledge of insurance program policies and procedures
