Join a leading Engineering Consulting Firm as a Building Envelope Lead Engineer in Vaughan, Ontario. This full time hybrid role focuses on building science and project leadership. We are seeking an experienced Building Envelope Lead/Building Science skilled to supervise engineering efforts and report directly to the President.

The role requires expertise in structural restoration and building systems, including roofing and waterproofing, while leading project teams and enhancing internal knowledge through training. Key Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead and peer reviewer on projects
Oversee technical review of documents from junior staff
Conduct investigations and prepare technical reports
Prepare specifications and manage the tendering process
Develop internal technical practice systems and train junior staff Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years in building science consulting
P.Eng. designation preferred, but other designations accepted
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Valid class G driver’s license Drive innovation and client satisfaction as a Building Envelope Lead Engineer in Vaughan.
