Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning of all bank areas, including lobbies, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and storage spaces
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning techniques
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order for productive operations
Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to address repairs or issues promptly




Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors

Qualifications
Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
