Elevate cardiac diagnostics as a Cardiac Echosonographer at St. Paul’s Hospital in B.C. Perform advanced echocardiography to support high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will report to the Head Technologist and conduct various cardiac ultrasound examinations, including 2-D, Doppler, and transesophageal studies. You will provide guidance to students and cardiology fellows, contributing to education and quality improvement efforts within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diverse cardiac ultrasound examinations for patient diagnosis
Assist with transesophageal studies alongside cardiologists
Maintain quality control on ultrasound systems and related equipment




Provide training and supervision to students and fellows
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for cooperative care Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
Certification with Sonography Canada or ARDMS
Robust communication and critical thinking skills
Current knowledge of cardiac ultrasound technologies
Ability to manage patient data in echo lab databases Utilize your skills in echocardiography to support the creative cardiac care team at St. Paul’s Hospital.
