Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
Assist with food preparation tasks, including ingredient assembly and food safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Support team members during busy periods by serving customers, restocking supplies, and performing general duties
Quick Availability: You are ready to jump on board and start training right away.




Adaptable Mindset: While the primary shift is 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you possess a flexible schedule to adapt to changing store needs.
Reliability: You are responsible, punctual, and capable of managing key store operations independently.

Skills
Previous barista experience or food service experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions and order calculations
Experience in serving, food preparation, and general food industry operations is highly desirable
MUST HAVE: Food Handlers Certificate
