As a key liaison between residents and property management, the Resident Experience Manager creates a welcoming setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents
• Build strong, positive relationships with all residents
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests




• Lead front desk teams and manage scheduling
• Support resident move-ins and unit inspections
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in customer service or property management
• Preferred degree in Communications or related field
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
