You will lead the shift team, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience by delivering legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages.
You will help maintain a clean store, follow safety and cash handling procedures, and coach partners to achieve outstanding performance. Starbucks values teamwork and a positive guest experience.
