Key Responsibilities

Operate a band saw to break down whole tuna into loins

Make clean, exact cuts while maintaining yield

Trim and portion tuna to quality specifications

Keep cuts and product presentation consistent

Meet daily production targets

Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Keep the workstation clean and organized

Support overall production flow

Requirements

Hands-on tuna loining experience and comfort with band saws in production

Understanding of yield, product handling, and quality standards

Fast-paced seafood processing experience

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork

Physically capable of production work

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
