This position is integral to our Interior Projects Division and requires a motivated individual with at least two years of experience in customer service and scheduling. You will track job appointments, verify schedules, and assist with project management tasks to ensure our fire safety services are effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement schedules for the IP Team
• Communicate effectively with field staff and clients
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP systems




• Create and track service appointments and schedules
• Assist in administrative tasks for project management

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and scheduling
• Solid organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of Fire & Life Safety Systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications
