Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client applications and credit documentation
Structure complex mortgage files per lender guidelines
Negotiate with underwriters and manage lender queries
Perform KYC and AML checks for compliance
Review Mortgage Commitments for accuracy

Requirements:
5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
Solid knowledge of GDS/TDS calculations and credit analysis
Familiarity with mortgage submission platforms
Experience with Blu Mortgage or similar CRM systems
