In this hands-on role, you'll direct a close-knit team of motion designers, creating impactful 2 D and 3 D animations for diverse marketing projects. Your leadership will ensure that every creative vision aligns with our clients’ goals while fostering a cooperative studio workplace. This position combines storyboarding, design, and client engagement seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the motion design team creatively
Create clear storyboards and polished styleframes
Oversee 2 D and 3 D animation asset production




Provide actionable feedback to team members
Engage directly with clients for project insights
Requirements:
8+ years in motion design with 3+ years in leadership
Strong knowledge of Cinema 4 D and Adobe Suite
Experience in creating refined styleframes and storyboards
Familiarity with XParticles and Figma is a plus
Solid organizational and communication skills
