Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the interprofessional team responsible for comprehensive care of medical patients on the Acute Medicine Unit. You will assess, plan, educate, discharge and coordinate care to support continuity throughout the patient’s stay.

You will lead care plans, apply clinical leadership, and collaborate with the team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
