Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Group Fitness and Child and Youth Services
Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and training of staff and volunteers
Serve as Duty Manager ensuring facility safety and operations




Participate in community initiatives to strengthen relationships
Lead in maintaining program standards and delivering reports

Requirements:
2+ years post-secondary education in a relevant field
Robust experience in supervisory roles and administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Current Criminal Reference Check required
