SERVICE COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER & PERMITS ADMINISTRATOR

DT Electrical Contractors is looking for an organized and motivated Service Coordinator to manage the daily flow of our electrical service department.

This position will be responsible for coordinating service calls from initial customer contact through scheduling, permitting, completion and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and coordinate incoming service requests
Schedule and dispatch service electricians
Prioritize emergency and urgent service calls
Coordinate ESA permits and inspections
Maintain service schedules and technician calendars
Communicate appointment times and updates with customers
Coordinate materials and information required for service calls
Track open work orders through completion
Collect technician paperwork and job information




Prepare completed work orders for invoicing
Follow up on outstanding service calls and inspections
Maintain organized permit and service records

Experience in electrical, construction, HVAC or another service-based trade is considered a solid asset. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, confident communicating with customers and tradespeople, and capable of keeping a busy service department moving efficiently.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
