Become a vital part of patient rehabilitation at our Glenmore Park facility as a part time Health Care Aide. Support clients during their post-acute musculoskeletal recovery and care.

This temporary Health Care Aide position is under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and a Team Lead. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, and contribute to protected discharge planning. Ensuring person-centered care and effective communication with clients is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to clients
Assist with daily living activities and mobility
Monitor and document changes in client status
Facilitate secure discharge planning for clients
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Completion of an Alberta Government recognized HCA program
Active registration with CLHA
Ability to lift and reposition clients frequently
Previous experience in a health care facility is an asset
