Team is seeking an experienced Alpine Program Manager to oversee its athletic programming effectively. This leadership position ensures the safety and performance of athletes while aligning with BC Alpine, Alpine Canada, and Freestyle BC standards. Candidates should possess a background in coaching, leadership, and program development to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the club’s coaching philosophy
Oversee training sessions, dryland programs, and on-snow camps
Lead a high-performing coaching team with mentorship




Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, athletes, and families
Manage program operations and compliance with safety policies Requirements:
NCCP Certification or equivalent coaching qualification
Significant experience in technical program design
Proven leadership and team management within competitive sports
