K is an active young man who enjoys a wide variety of community activities throughout the week. He is looking for support two days a week to help him enjoy his community, run small errands and maintain healthy routines.
K is fortunate to have a solid support network, both through Spectrum and his family and social network. His team is primarily composed of long-standing staff who know his needs and offer continued support to current staff looking to build a healthy working relationship with him.
K uses a company vehicle to access his community.
Duties And Responsibilities
assist with personal care routines
medication administration
Assist with meal preparation and household cleaning
provide positive support when K is anxious or gets stuck in a train of thought
work collaboratively with family and team members.

Rate Of Pay
CSW: $26.00/hour to $28.25/hour
Probation
3 months
Driving Requirement
Driver's license (Class 5)
Preferred Training Or Experience
Training provided. Some experience in the field preferred.
Specific Training Or Experience Required
Supporting People who get anxious
Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others.
Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)
