As the Store Designer for Canada, you'll be instrumental in creating practical store layouts that promote growth and efficiency. With 3–5 years of experience in retail design or architecture, you will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring projects meet both brand and local standards. You'll be responsible for minimizing rework and costs while providing essential design insights throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver construction-ready designs to reduce waste and costs
• Adapt global designs for local Canadian requirements




• Provide design expertise during feasibility and construction phases
• Review and approve architectural drawings for permits
• Create custom solutions for non-standard store formats

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in retail design, store planning, or architecture
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing design projects from concept to completion
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible to travel across Canada and internationally
