Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, building enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in contact centers. You will use Java and Spring Boot for services, React with Type Script for front-end, and Node.js for integrations where needed.

The role requires translating complex workforce rules into maintainable software, with experience in CX platforms, WFM processes, and distributed
