Transform learning experiences at ChangeMakers as an AI Learning Enablement Associate. This hybrid position focuses on enhancing AI literacy and change management within organizations. In this 6-month contract, you will play a key role in the Learning & Development team, reporting to the Director.

Your efforts will center on exploring creative AI tools, facilitating workshops, and developing engaging training materials. You'll collaborate with various departments, ensuring a seamless rollout of learning initiatives and organizational change. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver AI literacy training programs
Develop training materials using AI tools
Facilitate workshops and provide project updates
Create change communications explaining necessary adjustments
Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, including content curation Requirements:
2+ years in learning and development or related fields
Experience with AI tools and project management
Solid coordination and communication skills
Familiarity with change management frameworks
Ability to relocate to the Toronto area before start date Drive organizational change and enhance learning through creative AI solutions.
