In this permanent, full time role, you'll report to the Director of Technical Design & Fitting. With over five years in the apparel industry, you will lead fit sessions, work closely with design teams, and develop technical specifications. Your keen eye for detail and robust communication skills will be essential as you maintain quality standards across all garment samples.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fit sessions and recommend improvements
Collaborate on seasonal product development
Maintain garment fit standards throughout samples




Communicate clearly with factories regarding fit and construction
Review fit samples for quality assurance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the apparel industry
Post-secondary degree in Fashion Design or related field
Robust knowledge of fitting procedures and PAD software
Proficiency in Illustrator and MS Office Suite
Bilingual in French and English for communication
Support the development of high-quality garments at Groupe Dynamite through expert fitting and collaboration.
