Living is searching for an energetic Active Living Aide to support the planning and implementation of engaging activities for residents. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for working with the elderly. You'll collaborate closely with the Active Living Manager and other teams to ensure residents enjoy fulfilling experiences every day. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
Maintain department records and assessments
Communicate effectively with residents and families
Attend in-service education for trends in elder care
Facilitate outings and assess resident activities Requirements:
College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology or equivalent
Experience working with seniors
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Energetic and compassionate demeanor
