Best Buy Canada in Thunder Bay is seeking an assistant store leader to guide and coach a team of sales advisors, delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving store goals.
You’ll oversee KPI targets, merchandising standards, inventory health and health and safety, while maintaining a healthy profit and loss. The role includes versatile scheduling and supportive leadership, with annual compensation ranging from 52,000 to 66,000 CAD plus a company performance bonus.
