The Christmas Kettle Coordinator is a short-term contract focused on overseeing various kettle sites across a designated zone. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure kettles are secure throughout the campaign. This critical position also involves training team members and fostering relationships with local site management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the setup of kettles in locations
• Supervise staff and volunteers throughout the campaign
• Ensure the security of donations during shifts
• Handle scheduling of staff and emergency absences
• Collect and secure donations and petty cash

Requirements:
• High school education is preferred
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• One year of experience in customer service
• Experience in office administration and money handling
• Robust interpersonal skills with attention to detail
