Starbucks in Ottawa is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the shift team in delivering the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, welcoming store setting.
You will model Starbucks guiding principles, delegate tasks, train partners, and ensure cash handling and safety policies are followed while maintaining attendance and punctuality.
