Be the welcoming face of our service department as a Parts and Service Coordinator, working remotely full time. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating parts and service.

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic dealership team. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional interaction from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements
• Schedule vehicles for maintenance and repairs




• Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels
• Communicate service timelines and update customers

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a service advisor or similar
• RV experience preferred
• Dealership experience considered an asset
• Valid G Driver’s License
• Flexible hours, including Saturdays
