Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and document all medication-related activities
Support individuals with dementia or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and engaging them in meaningful activities
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met
Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of personal spaces
Monitor health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly,



and document observations thoroughly
Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to foster a positive living experience

Requirements
Proven experience working with adults in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings
Knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia care and medication administration
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Solid caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently
Relevant certifications in caregiving or health & safety are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary training is expected
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends or evenings as required
