TROIKA is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Superintendent to join our Vernon-based construction team. You will support the Site Superintendent, oversee field staff, ensure safety, and maintain quality control on commercial projects.

Based in Vernon, you’ll coordinate trades, materials, and scheduling while upholding company systems and procedures. Solid communication and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential for success.
