Strong knowledge and experience in Estimation, Cost Analysis, and Project BiddingProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsFamiliarity with construction materials, fabrication processes, and industry best practicesExperience with Estimation Software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision‑making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team and coordinate with stakeholdersRelevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an assetPrior experience in the steel fabrication or construction industry is highly desirable
