Become an integral part of WALTER Surface Technologies as an Accounts Payable Technician. This role emphasizes accurate invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs across Canada and the USA. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Technician is key for managing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and supporting robust accounts payable operations.

You’ll perform essential tasks like three-way matching and prepare weekly cash forecasts. Solid detail orientation and adherence to payment controls are critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
Perform three-way matching of orders, invoices, and receipts




Prepare cash disbursement forecasts and process payments
Follow established controls and fraud prevention processes
Resolve discrepancies and maintain complete vendor records Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in accounts payable or similar role
College diploma in accounting or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
