Role Description
Manage front-desk reception, phone and email inquiries, and greet visitors
Coordinate appointments and calendars for agents and leadership
Maintain records, update listings, and support transaction paperwork to ensure compliance
Design marketing materials, social media content, listing graphics, and presentations, using AI tools to work faster and smarter
Support the in-house marketing and branding for agensts
Assist with agent onboarding and schedule training sessions
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Very strong marketing skills,



including social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns
Robust graphic design skills with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (portfolio required)
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI) for content, design, and productivity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a quick-paced environment
Interest in real estate (no prior industry experience required, we'll train you)
