Twilio is seeking a Program Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance, to build a current global governance function. You'll own end-to-end improvements across the telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem, reporting to senior leadership and shaping run-the-business models.
You will design operating models, runbooks, ROEs, and enablement programs to shift teams toward data-informed governance and scalable processes in a remote-first workplace based in Canada.
