Shape the design of developer-centric products with CLR3. As the first dedicated designer, you’ll establish a design system to enhance clarity in consoles, dashboards, and checkouts.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design for seven live products. You will collaborate closely with engineers, ensuring that design changes resonate with users. Engaging with customers will be essential to refine user experiences and elevate onboarding while maintaining design integrity across all surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full design process from wireframes to final UI
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system across products
Collaborate directly with engineers during product shipping
Conduct user interviews to inform design iterations
Enhance documentation and onboarding experiences
Requirements:
Portfolio showcasing product design for developer tools
Proficient in up-to-date design tools, HTML, and CSS
Robust understanding of typography and information hierarchy
Experience designing based on real data and feedback
Must work from the Toronto office part time
Deliver impactful design solutions that empower developers and enhance product usability at CLR3.
