Lead the Food & Beverage Warehouse team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Oversee inventory, service, and team management in this agile warehouse environment at the Scotiabank Arena.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting operations at MLSE. Your leadership will contribute to winning fan service by ensuring accurate inventory, distribution, and compliance with safety standards. You’ll coach staff, resolve discrepancies, and assist with event operations, making a direct impact on guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and motivate warehouse personnel effectively
• Manage inventory accuracy and order picking processes
• Oversee product distribution throughout facilities




• Ensure prompt service and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain stock control and administrative operations

Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in a unionized warehouse is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Inventory Control Software
• Understanding of W.H.M.I.S., Smart Serve, and ServSafe regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift heavy items consistently during shifts
