You'll lead hiring efforts, administer HRIS, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance while facilitating training programs and employee engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full-cycle hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate personnel files and records
• Support payroll and timekeeping accuracy
• Facilitate HR training sessions and compliance audits
• Coordinate employee communications and performance management

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years’ HR experience required
• Relevant associate degree or higher preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
