All Ontario Recycling Inc. is seeking a Rail Team Lead to oversee the Rail Team on active rail lines and designated rail sites. You will lead the Torch Operator and AZ Operator, ensuring safety, coordinating movements, and maintaining clear communications throughout the shift.
You will also support documentation, field observations, minor repairs, and welding when not actively performing rail work, in a dynamic outdoor workplace requiring vigilance and teamwork.
